  • Successfully defended Doctoral Dissertation, “Exploring Teachers’ Lived Experiences Teaching Online in the Wake of COVID-19: A Phenomenological Study,” on June 24, 2024.

Programmer Analyst/ Application Systems Developer, Columbia University, New York, NY                       1996 – 2019

Enhanced productivity and efficiency by delivering exceptional user support to management and staff. Streamlined payroll processes and improved overall system integration by optimizing Time Entry Payroll software for compatibility with ERP system migration. Performed detailed analysis, innovative design, and robust front-end and back-end software development and enhancement on client-server and web-based financial systems. Leveraged diverse technology stack, including Foxpro, Visual Foxpro, Java, JSP, Sybase, SQL Programmer, Jbuilder, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to build scalable and reliable solutions. Participated in critical software migration projects from Foxpro to Visual Foxpro and from Visual Foxpro to Java, while ensuring minimal disruption and maximum performance.
